KITTY VAN HOLSBEKE -Vice President/Manager of General Operations

Kitty is Vice President and Manager of General Operations of Southern Texas Title Company. She attended Texas A&I University and was employed by Southern Texas Title Company in 1979. Along with twenty eight years of title insurance experience, Kitty has been very involved in the community by serving as a member of the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce "Bien Venidos Committee", the South Padre Island Brownsville Board of Realtors and Secretary of the Brownsville Board of Realtors Education Foundation since 1995.

YOLANDA CORTEZ -Manager of Title Operations

Yolanda is a native Brownsville resident. She graduated from Brownsville High School and has been in the title business since 1976. She was employed by Southern Texas Title Company in 1987 and has served as Director of the Brownsville Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Lower Valley Builders & Developers Association and a member of the Brownsville/South Padre Island Board of Realtors. Yolanda has thirty years of experience in the title business.

REBECCA CASCOS -Manager of Accounting Operations

Rebecca graduated in 1970 from River Forest High School in Hobart, In. and attended Texas Southmost College in Brownsville. She served in the U.S. Army from 1970 through 1973 receiving an Honorable Discharge. Before coming to work for Southern Texas Title Company in August of 2000, Rebecca was employed for over 15 years in the Manufacturing field and 5 years in the Television industry.

DAVID Z. RODRIGUEZ -Manager of Harlingen Office

David is a native Harlingen resident. He graduated from Harlingen High School and went to work for Southern Texas Title Company in August of 1989. With seventeen years of title insurance experience, David is prepared to tackle the most complicated situations as well as eager to help a first time home buyer.

LYNDA CREEKMORE -Manager of South Padre Island Office

Lynda attended the University of Texas at Pan American and Southwest Texas State Teachers College. With twenty eight years of experience in the title industry, Lynda has worked in all departments from abstracting and examination to closing and accounting. Lynda is ready to take care of whatever your needs may be. Lynda is ready to assist you with all your title insurance needs.
